I was just watching Jessa's latest Let's Play video last night (which, by the way, you should check out if you're interested in seeing her bring her totally awesome Acanthop neighborhood to life, one lot at a time!), and wouldn't you know it, she brought up the Simlogical apartment security system I was wondering about for my troublesome restaurant building the other day. From what Jessa was saying, it sounds like it would be just the thing to keep wandering customers out of my restaurant kitchen/counter area; but then she mentioned something about how it keeps sims from even wanting to use things inside the forbidden spaces (something the Maxis locked door system doesn't do), and that set off a light bulb. This is exactly what I'd been wanting for my asylum dummies who really really really really really really really really want to eat off the kitchen table in Dr. Jamie Tang's private apartment!

But then, over the course of the few minutes that it took to find all those links, I fell in love with those silly nuts all over again. To think, that stupid daily walk allllllll the way across the building that once drove me so bonkers now puts a smile on my face. I need to get back to the asylum and check on those guys...

Still, useful hack that should come in handy for lots of things!
