Download: Main Street Buildings
After *much* rasslin' with Clean Installer, I present to you the buildings of Ste-Margo's Main Street, packaged with minimal/reduced cc.

To make these more downloadable, I decluttered and/or Maxified (you don't even know how that pained me!) as needed. So each lot is partially furnished as pictured but still ready to be decorated to suit your needs.

Notes: Built with all EPs (and the IKEA SP, which may have a thing or two in there?). Some of the .rars include stray cc that wouldn't package with the lot for whatever reason (rasslin'!), so don't forget to install those! As always, please use Clean Installer to remove anything you don't want. Finally, be aware that all these lots (except for the first one) were shrunk with the LotAdjuster.
TOU: Don't be a jerk! Don't re-upload to pay sites or claim as your own, etc.

Ready? Let's go.

Corner Garage: Lucy's Shop (introduced here)
§24,572 || 2x2 lot || 2 stories
A tiny workshop for fixing up your junker; a mini mart space; and a produce stand on a flatbed truck (works like the regular grocery cases).

Main Street no. 1: Books & Bobs (introduced here)
§30,829 || 1x3 lot || 2 stories
A book + something else store with a break room in back and space upstairs.

Main Street no. 2: Sweet Bakery (introduced here)
§38,482 || 1x3 lot || 3 stories
Bakery with kitchen and bathrooms (public and private) on the ground floor, plus two floors above for whatever you like.

Main Street no. 3: vacant
§26,020 || 1x3 lot || 3 stories
A mirrored version of Main Street no. 2, ready for occupancy.

Main Street no. 4: Virginia's Gallery (introduced here)
§44,570 || 1x4 lot || 2 stories
Large display space with gift shop and cafe. Upstairs has a small break room with kitchenette and a public restroom.

Phew! Enjoy, and please let me know if you have any problems with anything. Cleaning lots for upload is such a pain, but I think everything should be square!

These are so nice! I especially love the rowhouses with the bakery and the empty lot. Good job :)

These are amazing! :D You've given me a lot of great building ideas. :P They're not quite in the style I would need for my BACC, but I love them all the same. :)

It is! I'm always seeing architectural ideas from other simmers and facepalming, wondering why I never thought to do it. XDD *itching to get in-game now!*

These are really neat! I've never used/downloaded anything that used the Lot Adjuster...will this work in my game if I don't have it? Thanks!

You don't need Lot Adjuster to use them (though it's a really handy program to have!), but Mootilda says you should always note when you've used it to shrink a lot, maybe so the downloader is aware that the lot is built up closer to the edges than would otherwise be allowed? That means if you delete an outer wall or floor by the edge, you won't be able to rebuild it since the game normally won't let you build all the way up to the edge. Does that make sense?

You're very welcome! With a little redecorating, #2 and 3 could even fit into a Victorian hood, no? :3

Oh wow, I love the row houses! I shall have to have them for some home businesses. Or maybe convert them into apartments/community lots to try out the hack that makes such a thing possible. Thank you!

Glad you like them! Just so you know, they are all community lots at the moment. But they could easily be converted to home business/apartment lots, of course (the twin row houses especially would be well-suited for apartments—too bad you can't have OFB businesses on the ground floor if they were!).
