Download: the Sweet House & Milo's Bar  
[livejournal.com profile] krolowa_francji  had asked if I could post the Sweet homestead for download, so I thought I'd give a shot at putting it up for grabs. Fair warning: I've never uploaded anything before, and this lot has loads of CC... so hopefully I haven't mucked it up too terribly!
 
 
First up is the Sweet home, 1-story house on a 3x3 lot with bakery and  garden. Plan view and some better interior shots:




















Also available is Milo's place, which is less CC-crazy and would make an ideal conversion into a community lot.
 
  
This 3x1 lot has a small studio + full bath over the bar, utility shed that sleeps one, and a vacant lot that's ready for expansion.

One issue that may be problematic is this lot isn't entirely flat. I built it next to the canal lot, and it caused some terrain deformation that I don't know how to undo (if anyone has clue, I'd be grateful to hear it!):
Maybe your 'hood is in need of an instant ravine? If so, this could be the lot for you! UPDATE: This is fixable with the LotAdjuster. Just select either "Flatten" or "Neighborhood" under Lot Edges in the Advanced section, and it will flatten or match the surrounding terrain. Fixed upload is coming soon.
