Still no game to speak of. I've been holding off on torrenting the installation files because I'm waiting to hear back from EA and want to leave a clean slate for whatever fixes or compensation they can offer me. A week and a half ago, my case was supposed to have been "escalated" to a higher level of tech support, which meant they were going to get back to me in 3-5 days with some magical solutions. After hearing nothing, I called back today and found that oops, for some reason, my case did not get escalated, but it totally is now. So another week? I'm pretty sure if I'd torrented the game 2 weeks ago, this would all be long done, but now it's just the principle of the thing! I paid for these games, and I want access to them!! Sigh. I really want to plaaaaaayyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
