Thanks! The apartment building was made with LotAdjuster from Modthesims. On the download page, I believe there's a tutorial on making rowhouses. It's a great (and easy) program even if you don't want to make them, too, so it's definitely worth getting. OR, you can actually download the exact lot (http://mswn.livejournal.com/25191.html) here. It comes as an empty shell, ready to decorate as you choose. :)
